Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to geographic location.

We ship products within three working days of receiving an order. Within the UK we use a first-class track and signed for service. We will send you confirmation along with tracking details once your item(s) are dispatched. For UK based orders, you can expect a delivery time from point of purchase of  5 - 7 working days.

For overseas deliveries, we also use a tracked and signed for service.  For orders within Europe you can expect a delivery time of  7 - 10 working days. International deliveries typically take 10 – 14 days.

Please note that non-UK customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes incurred over and above postage costs.

All deliveries require a signature on receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched


If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been dispatched and commenced their carriage to you by carrier or post, we may charge you for the carriage of those products. We advise you to check the status of the order before you request cancellation. Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.

You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person acting on your behalf or as your agent and be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card-issuer.

Once we receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited to the CouCo Eyewear from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any even within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by CouCo Eyewear in the condition they were in when they were delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to the CouCo Eyewear.

Returns and Refunds

All items, including sale items, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of placing your order, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Shipping costs are excluded.

Goods are returned to CouCo Eyewear at your own expense and risk. We cannot pay postage on returned items, but we will cover the cost of delivery on an exchanged item up to one time. 

Returned products must be in new, unused and in unworn condition with all the original packaging and tags still attached. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item and they are in the same saleable condition which you received them. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser.

Please ensure that any returned products are:

  1. In their original packaging

  2. Accompanied by the emailed invoice as proof of purchase – this can be forwarded by email.

  3. Sent using a tracked and signed for or recorded delivery service that enables tracking of your parcel.

  4. You must notify us of your return by email to

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the status of your refund. Once approved, refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

Please note we can not offer refunds for customised items eg prescription glasses.
